Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field activities, references, and networking.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their financial protection needs.
- Explain and promote life insurance products to customers.
- Convert leads into policy sales and achieve assigned business targets.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Ensure timely collection of customer documents and completion of policy issuance formalities.
- Provide after-sales service and support to policyholders.
- Follow up on leads and customer queries regularly.
- Participate in branch sales activities, campaigns, and training programs.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update customer records.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Sales, Field Sales, Insurance Sales, Banking Sales, CASA Sales,



Loan Sales, Telecom Sales, FMCG Sales, or Direct Sales.
- Graduation preferred.
- Good communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field work and customer meetings.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
