Key Responsibilities (KRA):
Towards Students:
Use different techniques and strategies to help students learn

Plan fun and engaging activities to enhance learning

Develop and use different tools to assess student progress

Guide and supervise students during class, playtime, and breaks

Towards Parents:*

Keep parents informed about their child’s progress

Discuss any concerns or behavioral issues with parents

Inform parents about school activities, excursions, and meetings

Towards Management:
Keep parent feedback updated

Encourage parent participation in meetings

Attend staff meetings,



educational programs, and school events

Work well with peers, management, and non-teaching staff

Maintain confidentiality of student information

Skills Required:
