We're looking for a Performance Marketer / Growth Marketer who can drive customer acquisition, optimize paid campaigns, and scale marketing performance using data, automation, and AI-powered workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.

Execute lead generation and demand generation campaigns to achieve growth targets.

Develop GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies, audience targeting, budget allocation, and campaign optimization.

Manage CRM pipelines, lead scoring, and marketing automation workflows.

Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and improve ROI, CAC, and ROAS.

Track conversions using GA4, GTM, Pixels, and CAPI, and create insightful performance reports.

Leverage AI tools for campaign planning, ad copy, audience research, reporting, and optimization.

Requirements:




3-5 years of experience in Performance or Growth Marketing.

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics platforms.

Strong understanding of GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar), and attribution.

Experience with lead generation, marketing automation, and performance reporting.

Analytical mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with AI-powered marketing tools is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
