We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to accelerate business growth by acquiring and managing clients for our payment solutions.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities for Payment Gateway (PG) and Payout solutions.
- Identify and acquire merchants, startups, SMEs, aggregators, e-commerce businesses, and enterprise clients.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations,



and solution demonstrations.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers including Founders, CFOs, Finance Heads, and Operations Leaders.
- Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable payment solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales opportunities.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation of acquired clients.

Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive transaction volume growth across acquired accounts.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling payment products and services.

Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging payment technologies.
- Provide market feedback and customer insights to product and leadership teams.
