Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities through field sales, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet prospective clients and understand their power backup requirements.
- Recommend suitable Online UPS and power backup solutions based on customer needs.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms to close sales.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and update CRM records.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in client meetings, exhibitions, and industry events as required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.




- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Online UPS, electrical products, power backup, industrial equipment, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales independently.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Online UPS, batteries, inverters, or electrical power solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
