About the Role

Major Kalshi Classes Pvt Ltd is seeking passionate and dedicated SSB Mentors to guide and mentor defence aspirants preparing for Services Selection Board (SSB) interviews for NDA, CDS, AFCAT, TES, and other defence entries.

Key Responsibilities
- Mentor and guide students preparing for SSB Interviews:
- Conduct sessions on Screening Tests, Psychology Tests, GTO Tasks, and Personal Interviews:
- Share practical insights, strategies, and personal SSB experiences
- Help aspirants develop Officer Like Qualities (OLQs), confidence, and leadership skills:
- Conduct mock interviews and provide personalized feedback
- Support students in personality development and communication enhancement

Eligibility Criteria




- Must have appeared in SSB for NDA / CDS / AFCAT / Defence entries:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good understanding of the SSB selection process and assessment parameters
- Passion for mentoring and guiding defence aspirants

Preferred Skills
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or counselling experience
- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Leadership qualities and robust personality
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively
