Position : Customer Relationship Manager
Location : _Nashik_
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain solid, long-term customer relationships. ? Act as a point of contact between the company and assigned clients. ? Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. ? Identify client needs and work with internal teams to ensure effective solutions. ? Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements. ? Maintain records of client communications and transactions. ? Upsell or cross-sell services/products when appropriate. ? Prepare regular reports on customer feedback, trends, and concerns.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
