Job Title: Procurement Executive - Corporate Gifting

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (5-7 minutes' walk from Andheri Railway & Metro Station)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Executive to manage sourcing and vendor coordination for our Corporate Gifting business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys negotiating, building supplier relationships, and is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Source products and identify reliable vendors for corporate gifting requirements.
- Obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure cost-effective procurement.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers while identifying new sourcing opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for order execution.
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and inventory requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify current products and gifting trends.
- Visit vendors and suppliers whenever required (Occasional Field Visits).




- Ensure accurate documentation and procurement records.

Requirements:
- Age: 25-30 years
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to travel for vendor meetings and occasional field visits.
- Positive attitude with a passion for learning new things and taking on new challenges.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and detail-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) preferred.
- Education: No Bar.
