Technical Lead - Platform SW (Avionics)
Primary Purpose of the Role
We are looking for a Technical Lead to develop platform SW for our next generation Avionics systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, integration, and maintenance of embedded software components for Avionics computers.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team to ensure high-quality and productive software delivery.
- Implement and optimize device drivers and middleware layers on RTOS-based systems.
- Conduct and lead design & code reviews to ensure compliance with DO-178C standards.
- Collaborate closely with safety, hardware, and system engineering teams to meet certification and project objectives.
- Create and review software development artifacts including requirements, design documents, test cases, and verification reports.
- Support debugging, verification, and validation activities adhering to avionics safety guidelines.
