Key Responsibilities
- Assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities in their homes.
- Develop individualized physiotherapy treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Provide rehabilitation services for patients with neurological, orthopedic, geriatric, post-operative, and chronic medical conditions.
- Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, mobility training, and pain management interventions.
- Educate patients and family members on exercise programs, mobility techniques, and home safety measures.
- Monitor and document patient progress and modify treatment plans when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Demonstrate and recommend the proper use of assistive devices and rehabilitation equipment.
- Participate in patient follow-up and rehabilitation planning.
- Adhere to company policies, clinical protocols, and professional standards.

Required Qualifications




- Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT).
- Valid registration with the appropriate skilled council.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience (home care experience preferred).
- Freshers with strong clinical skills may also apply.

- Post-operative rehabilitation.
- Musculoskeletal disorders.
- ICU and respiratory rehabilitation.
- Home-based patient care.

Additional Requirements
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licen
