HR Executive - Recruitment & Payroll

Experience: 1+ Years

Education (mandatory):
- B.Com or BBA
- Regular MBA (HR)

Key Responsibilities:
- Campus recruitment and hiring activities
- Employee onboarding and documentation
- Payroll processing and attendance management
- Handling statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.)
- Maintaining employee records and HR MIS reports
- Support HR operations and employee engagement activities

Skills Required:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Payroll Processing
- Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI, PT)
- MS Excel and HR Documentation
- Good communication and coordination skills

Salary: As per company standards and experience.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
