Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Prepare and file tax returns or assist with tax compliance activities.
- Monitor cash flow and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance,
or a related field.
- 2+ years of accounting experience (preferred).
- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification (preferred but not required).:
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Knowledge of payroll processing and tax compliance.
