Key ResponsibilitiesInterior Design
- Meet clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.
- Develop creative interior design concepts for residential and commercial spaces.
- Create 2D layouts, space planning, and 3D visualizations.
- Prepare mood boards, material selections, and furniture layouts.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design-related issues during execution.

Sales & Client Management
- Generate and convert leads into successful business opportunities.




- Conduct client presentations and explain design proposals.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and project estimates.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of interior design principles and space planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray/Lumion, and MS Office.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into sales.
- Good knowledge of materials, finishes, and interior execution.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design and client sales.
