Youll work directly with mid-market companies to introduce them to our intuitive ERP CRM platform, guide them through their buying journey, and set them up for success from day one.

What Youll Do
- Lead Generation & Sales DevelopmentConduct discovery calls with prospects to understand their ERP-CRM challenges, pain points, and business objectives
- Product Demonstrations & Sales PitchDeliver customized product demos that directly address prospect needs and showcase clear ROI
- Deal Closure & NegotiationManage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract signing




- Customer Handoff & Implementation SupportPartner with Implementation and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Pipeline & Reporting ExcellenceMaintain accurate sales records and provide forecasts to leadership
- Market Insights & Feedback LoopGather competitive intelligence and customer feedback during sales conversations

Required Qualifications
- 0-2 years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Robust communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into business value
- Proven ability to manage multiple sales conversations simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred
- Willingness to develop expertise in ERP CRM systems and business processes
