Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain all IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to hotel staff and resolve IT-related issues.
- Ensure data security, system backups, and antivirus protection.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for maintenance and support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and software licenses.
- Ensure mínimal system downtime and uninterrupted business operations.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant IT experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.

Skills:
- Knowledge of networking, Windows, Microsoft 365, PMS, POS, and IT security.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT tasks.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
