We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and communication-oriented skilled to manage customer enquiries, customer relationships, and order coordination activities.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support and Communication

Respond to customer messages and enquiries professionally and in a timely manner.

Provide product information, pricing details, customization options, and delivery information.

Guide customers in selecting suitable gifting solutions based on their requirements and budget.





Maintain excellent communication throughout the customer journey.

Enquiry Management and Order Coordination

Follow up enquiries and assist in converting enquiries into confirmed orders.

Maintain customer databases, enquiry records, and communication history.

Coordinate with Gift Designers, Sales Team, Operations Team, and Packing Team regarding customer requirements.

Monitor order progress and provide regular updates to customers.

Support corporate gifting enquiries and bulk order coordination.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Handle customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.

Maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Support repeat business and customer retention initiatives.

Administration and Reporting

Maintain enquiry logs, customer records, and operational documentation.
