Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Growth
- Drive MICE sales in alignment with organizational revenue goals.
- Identify high-potential sectors and build a strong, future-ready sales pipeline.

Business Development
- Generate fresh leads and develop current business within corporate and event-driven environments.
- Engage with senior decision-makers to present Zellar’s capabilities and value propositions.

Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and industry partners.
- Develop customized MICE proposals based on evolving client requirements.

Collaboration & Execution Support
- Work closely with internal teams—including operations, creative, and production—to ensure seamless delivery of awarded projects.
- Serve as the communication bridge between clients and internal execution units.

Market Intelligence
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities,



and market movement.
- Share insights with leadership to support strategic business planning.

Sales Presentations & Negotiations
- Prepare compelling proposals and deliver persuasive sales presentations.
- Lead negotiations to close contracts while ensuring mutual value for clients and Zellar.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 3-6 years of proven experience in MICE sales (event agency, hotel sales, or travel industry experience preferred).
- Strong corporate client network within Bangalore
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of the MICE landscape and emerging industry trends.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
