Job Details:
Position: HR Executive

Work Mode:Work From Home

Working Hours: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard Sales Executives and HR Executives.

Coordinate with applicants throughout the recruitment process.

Support workforce expansion and team-building initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria:
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Smartphone or Laptop with a stable internet connection.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.

Prior experience in HR, Recruitment, Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Support, or related fields is preferred.





Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.

Training & Support:
Complete onboarding and recruitment training provided.

CRM and process training included.

Continuous guidance and support from experienced team leaders.
