Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on personality development and soft skills.

Train students in verbal and non-verbal communication, public speaking, and presentation skills.

Develop students confidence, leadership qualities, and interpersonal effectiveness.

Provide grooming and professional etiquette training as per aviation industry standards.

Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and role-play exercises.

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.

Design and update training materials, presentations, and assessment tools.

Maintain attendance, progress reports, and training records.

Collaborate with placement and academic teams to ensure industry readiness of students.

Mentor and guide students on career development and workplace behavior.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Master's Degree preferred).

Certification in Personality Development,



Soft Skills Training, Communication Skills, or related fields will be an advantage.

Excellent command of English and Hindi.

Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Experience

Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Personality Development, Soft Skills, or Communication Trainer.

Prior experience in aviation, hospitality, education, or corporate training preferred.

Solid classroom management abilities.

Professional grooming and personality.

Ability to engage and inspire students from diverse backgrounds.

Knowledge of current recruitment and interview trends.

Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools.

Pay: ₹500.00 - ₹600.00 per hour
