Job Title: L1 Resident Engineer

Location: Halol(Gujrat) (On-site)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1 onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and network devices.

Monitor network connectivity and resolve basic LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.

Log, track, and resolve incidents using the ticketing system.

Escalate unresolved issues to L2/L3 teams within SLA timelines.

Coordinate with OEMs, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution.

Perform preventive maintenance and health checks of IT infrastructure.

Configure and replace basic hardware components such as RAM, HDD/SSD, keyboards, and monitors.

Maintain daily service reports, asset records, and documentation.

Provide excellent end-user support while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Windows 10/11 Administration

Desktop & Laptop Troubleshooting





LAN/WAN & Wi-Fi Support

TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP Basics

Active Directory & Outlook Support

Printer & Peripheral Troubleshooting

Ticketing Tools (ServiceNow, ManageEngine, Jira, etc.)

Basic Knowledge of Routers, Switches, and Firewalls

Solid communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.

Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA A+, MCSE, or equivalent are an added advantage.

1-3 years of onsite IT support experience.

Willing to work in rotational shifts if required.

Strong customer handling and communication skills.

Ability to work independently at client locations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
