Job Purpose:

- Conducting student counseling sessions and providing accurate information about courses, exams, and fee structures.
- Conducting student follow-up calls, updating remarks, and maintaining accurate records in the system.
- Maintaining daily reports, conversion reports, and web/online enquiry status updates.
- Assisting with Course Finder, student registers, and fee receipt management.
- Handling exam date bookings for IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT, SAT, and DET.
- Supporting admission and enrollment activities through effective counseling and follow-up.
