- 1 .Manages the allocation of responsibilities to Assistant Manager, Sr. Biomedical Engineer.
- 2.Monitors & appropriately take actions based on the report submitted by Assistant Manager to make the call management process effective to reduce the downtime of the machine.
- 3. Monitors the breakdown time & response time of individual engineers and appropriately takes necessary actions.
- 4. Escalation to the Companies management through Grievance presentation.
- 5. Supervises Breakdown & Preventive maintenance & takes appropriate actions.
- 6. Control expenses of repairs.
- 7. Analyze & take corrective actions to maintain the quality indicators.
- 8. Take corrective actions for equipment replacement & disposal.
- 9. Inventory Management.

Job Profile
- Managing the day to day activities of Biomedical Department.
- Effectively communicating with major vendors for procurement, service or any other issue.




- Communicating with inter-department heads.
- Supervising the administrative work.
- Analyzing the major equipment breakdowns.
- Analyzing the response time of Biomedical engineers.
- Monitoring the Inventory, call management, post warranty issues & also quality indicators achievement.
- Impart training to current joiners.

Validating equipment Replacement & Disposable process.Skills
- Ability to handle a team of at least 5-6 peoples.
- Good Communication Skills and capable of analyzing the breakdowns.
- Ability to lead the department in all conditions.
- Technically versed with the equipments.
- Fair Knowledge of Networking in Medical Devices.Qualification
- Requirement - B.E. - Biomedical EngineeringExperience
- Preferable Requirement - 12+ Years.Reporting
- Corporate G.M.: Project, Procurements and Technical Operations
