With a robust presence across marketplaces, D2C channels, and retail networks, we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead customer acquisition and revenue growth through data-driven marketing strategies.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies across Google and Meta platforms.
- Plan and manage annual and monthly media budgets.
- Drive revenue growth while maintaining target CAC and ROAS.
- Identify growth opportunities and scale campaigns efficiently.

Google Ads Management
- Manage and optimize Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bidding strategies.
- Improve conversion rates and quality scores.

Meta Ads Management
- Manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across prospecting, retargeting, and retention funnels.




- Create and optimize campaign structures for scaling.
- Develop audience segmentation and lookalike strategies.
- Test creatives, copy, and targeting to maximize performance. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, Conversion Rate, and LTV.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Track attribution and customer journeys using GA4 and Meta tools.

Conversion Rate Optimization
- Collaborate with creative and website teams to improve landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and funnels.
- Optimize website conversion rates and customer experience.
- Improve funnel performance and reduce customer acquisition costs.

Marketplace & E-commerce Growth
- Drive traffic and sales for D2C websites and marketplace channels.
- Coordinate with Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, and Quick Commerce t
