What will you do?

Below is an overview of your roles and responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Lead and manage the Business Development team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and achievement of individual as well as team targets.
- Oversee business development activities across the company's three product verticals and ensure balanced focus on all offerings.
- Handle team management, including task allocation, performance monitoring, and regular feedback to drive productivity.
- Segregate and assign qualified leads to the team while ensuring fair distribution and effective lead management.




- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure the team consistently achieves the expected daily outreach and meeting targets.
- Ensure all new team members complete their onboarding and product training successfully and possess thorough knowledge of all products and services.
- Coach, mentor, and support the team to improve sales skills, objection handling, negotiation techniques, and client communication.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles to review progress, address challenges, and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive long-term business growth.
- Work closely with the Content Management Team and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
