Job Roles and Responsibility
- To handle all Payroll & Establishment related compliance activities of clients i.e. PF, ESIC, LWF, PT etc.
- Ensure timely remittance of statutory payments, timely filling of EPF monthly contribution.
- Ensure UAN for recent employees are created on time.
- Assist the clients in effectively handling queries, objections and inspection by authorities.
- Should have Experience in S&E; Act, Bonus Act, LWF Act, Factory Act, Factory compliances, Factory Audit.
- Knowledge in PF & ESI, Payroll etc.
- Need to handle and co-ordinate with PAN India regarding compliances.
Expertise in MIS, should have knowledge in MS Office.
