Josisoft Technologies is looking for an experienced and highly responsible IT Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT and digital services company.

This is a leadership position for someone who can take ownership, make decisions, solve operational problems, and help build a structured and high-performing work environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Business Operations
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
- Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing, Development, Project, and other teams.
- Monitor overall team productivity and operational efficiency.
- Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
- Ensure that company processes and internal systems are properly followed.

Team & People Management
- Lead, coordinate, and support multiple teams and departments.
- Set clear expectations, responsibilities, and performance standards.
- Monitor employee attendance, discipline, productivity, and performance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.




- Handle employee-related issues and workplace conflicts professionally.
- Build a positive, accountable, and productive work culture.

Recruitment & Employee Development
- Participate in the recruitment and interview process for recent employees.
- Support the onboarding and training of new employees.
- Develop training and performance improvement plans.
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.

KPI & Performance Management
- Set and monitor departmental and employee performance targets.
- Track KPIs and regularly review actual performance against expected results.
- Identify underperforming employees and take appropriate corrective action.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
- Ensure that teams remain focused on company objectives and business results.

Cross-Department Coordination
- Coordinate effectively between Sales, Marketing, Development, Projects, HR, and other teams.
