About the Role

Training Details
- Training Duration: 5-7 Days
- Training Type: Unpaid
- Training Location: Chandigarh
- Salary: Starts after successful completion of training

Key Responsibilities
- Handle client consultations and follow-ups over calls.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout their wellness journey.
- Address client concerns, queries, and ensure timely resolutions.
- Supervise and manage the Diet Counselor team working under your leadership.
- Monitor counselors' daily performance and ensure quality client service.
- Coordinate with doctors, dietitians, and clinic staff for seamless patient management.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-up schedules.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly client engagement and performance targets.




- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (Nutrition/Healthcare background preferred).
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Support, Team Handling, Wellness, Healthcare, or Hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Good computer knowledge (MS Office & CRM).
- Positive attitude and problem-solving skills.
