Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day to day maintenance activities for city buses, including mechanical, electrical and bodywork repairs.
- Consolidate the vehicle complains and allocate task to technician and monitor job process to ensure timely completion.
- Conduct daily inspection (General Check) of buses for roadworthiness.
- Respond to breakdowns and emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- Coordinate to store for timely availability of spare parts and consumables.
- Proactively inform store for upcoming service schedules and campaigns for stock availability.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns and repairs in the system.
- Monitor workshop productivity and quality of repairs.
- Provide daily reports to management and operation team on fleet availability, downtime and critical issues.
- Maintain stock records,



update inventory software, monitor shortages, support audits, track fast/slow-moving items.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering
- 3-5 years of experience in fleet maintenance, preferably in city bus or heavy commercial vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of CNG and diesel buses mechanism, diagnostic and repair procedures.
- Excellent team management, communication and problem solving skills.
- Ability to handle breakdowns efficiently.
- Experience in Maintenance supervisor of commercial vehicle.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
