Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, conducting site visits, and converting opportunities into confirmed business. The role requires extensive field activity, relationship building, and consistent follow-ups to achieve sales targets for construction and interior projects.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Business Development
- Generate recent leads through field visits, references, apartment campaigns, BTL activities, exhibitions, and local networking.
- Identify potential customers in residential, commercial, and renovation segments.
- Develop relationships with apartment associations, builders, architects, brokers, and channel partners.
- Create opportunities through direct customer interaction and market outreach.

Customer Acquisition
- Meet prospective customers at their homes, offices, project sites, and company experience centers.
- Understand customer requirements, budgets, and project expectations.
- Explain company services, project offerings,



and value propositions effectively.
- Convert qualified leads into design consultations and project sign-ups.

Site Visits & Customer Engagement
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and project scope.
- Coordinate site inspections, measurements, and design consultations.
- Ensure customers receive timely updates during the pre-sales process.
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships.

Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects at different stages of conversion.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with leads until closure.
- Improve lead-to-conversion ratios through effective sales techniques.

Marketing & Area Development
- Conduct promotional activities in targeted locations.
- Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, apartment activities, and corporate events.
- Gather competitor intelligence, market trends
