Job Title: Agronomist

Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹45,000 per month (Based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor crop growth and provide agronomic recommendations.
- Conduct regular field visits to farmers' fields and project sites.
- Diagnose crop nutrient deficiencies, pests, and diseases and recommend suitable solutions.
- Guide farmers on irrigation, fertigation, and integrated crop management.
- Support the implementation of polyhouse, net house, and naturally ventilated greenhouse projects.
- Prepare field reports, crop progress reports, and technical documentation.
- Conduct farmer training programs and technical demonstrations.
- Coordinate with project, engineering, and sales teams for successful project execution.

Requirements:
- B.Sc. Agriculture / M.Sc. Agriculture (Agronomy,



Horticulture, or related field).
- 6- 12 Month of experience in agronomy, protected cultivation, greenhouse, polyhouse, or horticulture.
- Strong knowledge of soil fertility, crop nutrition, irrigation, and pest management.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Willingness to travel extensively within Gujarat.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in protected cultivation and high-value crops.
- Knowledge of fertigation and drip irrigation systems.
- Ability to train farmers and solve field-level agronomic issues.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
