Phase 1: Construction Supervision
- Monitor daily construction activities and ensure work progresses as per schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and consultants.
- Ensure quality standards and specifications are maintained.
- Track material usage and prevent wastage.

Phase 2: Warehouse Management
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Manage inward and outward movement of materials.
- Maintain inventory records and stock accuracy.
- Supervise warehouse staff, security personnel, and housekeeping.

Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred).
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction supervision and warehouse operations.




- Valuable knowledge of construction processes, materials, and quality control.
- Experience in inventory management and warehouse administration.
- Ability to manage contractors, workers, and support staff.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting.
