Develop and execute product strategy and portfolio plans for vegetable crops
- Lead product lifecycle management from concept to commercialization
- Work closely with R&D;, breeding, and production teams for pipeline development
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights
- Plan and execute product positioning, branding, and go-to-market strategies
- Support sales teams with technical training, product knowledge, and field demonstrations
- Monitor product performance, demand forecasting, and inventory planning
- Drive farmer engagement programs, field days, and crop demonstrations
- Identify opportunities for current product introductions and market expansion
- Drives the entire Lifecycle of Assigned Crops & Varieties.
- Market survey, analysis, complete business planning, & execution with the sales team.
- R&D; collaboration will lead commercialization.
- Product Launches & Promotion.
- Sales Support & Forecasting
