How Will You Make an Impact?

The Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting sales growth through exceptional customer service, robust operational execution and optimized product availability across Cartier’s network.

Acting as the main operational contact for boutiques and partners, the role supports all Cartier product categories and oversees stock availability, replenishment, order flows, invoicing, returns and stock movements.

The Operations Specialist will contribute to business performance and uphold Cartier’s image by ensuring accurate,



responsive and reliable operational support. The role works closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Warehouse, IT and Maison Headquarters to resolve issues, improve processes and ensure a high level of service across the network.

What Will Be Your Mission?

Customer and Network Support
- Act as the main operational contact for boutiques and partners on stock availability, replenishment, returns and stock movements.
- Represent Cartier Operations through excellent communication, collaboration and service.
- Respond to operational inquiries within the defined 48-hour service level.
- Provide clear guidance on operational processes, systems and tools.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Operational Excellence
- Monitor orders and shipment schedules to ensure the best possible delivery lead times.
