Key Responsibilities:
- Order Processing: Manage and process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team by preparing sales reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Client Communication: Handle inquiries from clients regarding orders, product availability, and pricing, providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Coordination:



Collaborate with inventory management to track stock levels and coordinate replenishment.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation related to sales transactions, contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Market Research: Assist in gathering market data and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in [industry, e.g., retail, fashion, etc.].
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
