Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts on Tally (ERP):
- Prepare and issue sales invoices, debit notes, and credit notes
- Track outstanding balances and follow up with clients for timely collections
- Prepare and share outstanding reports with management
- Inform management about bills and payments due (vendors, shipping lines, transporters, etc.)
- Assist in bank entries, expense recording, and ledger reconciliation
- Coordinate with operations team to ensure billing accuracy
- Support GST-related data preparation (returns filed by CA)
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping

Requirements:




- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance:
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting (logistics experience is a plus)
- Strong working knowledge of Tally / MIRACLE:
- Basic understanding of GST and invoicing norms
- Valuable follow-up and communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
