The Chance

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Account Executive to lead and expand Wipro's presence within a strategic Global Capability Centre (GCC) and a defined portfolio of business and technology functions for a leading Banking and Financial Services client.

The Account Executive will act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, helping shape transformation programmes, identify growth opportunities, and align Wipro's capabilities with the client's strategic priorities. The role requires close collaboration with business leaders, engineering organisations, product teams, shared services,



and technology functions across multiple geographies.

This is a high-visibility leadership position with responsibility for revenue growth, customer satisfaction, executive stakeholder management, delivery governance, and overall account value creation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management & GCC Leadership

Build and sustain trusted relationships with senior leaders across the Global Capability Centre, including business executives, engineering leaders, product owners, operations leaders, and technology stakeholders.

Develop deep understanding of the client's business priorities, operating model, transformation agenda, and future investment areas.

Act as a strategic advisor to client leadership, helping shape initiatives that deliver business value, operational efficiency, innovation, and growth.
