About the Role:
At Edall Systems, our projects rely on precise, high-quality components delivered on schedule. We are looking for an proactive Procurement Executive to bridge our internal technical teams and external suppliers.

You will act as the central operational point for gathering requirements from our specialized departments—including Electronics, Drone Integration, and Manufacturing—ensuring that all materials, components, and tools are sourced efficiently and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inter-Departmental Coordination: Work directly with the Electronics, Integration, and Manufacturing teams to track their daily/weekly material and bill-of-materials (BOM) requirements.
- Management Reporting: Consolidate procurement needs, prepare purchase requests,



and present cost/timeline updates to senior management for approvals.
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Identify reliable vendors, request quotes (RFQs), negotiate competitive pricing, and build long-term relationships with regional and national suppliers.
- Purchase Execution & Tracking: Raise Purchase Orders (POs), track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery to prevent production or integration delays.
- Quality & Inventory Check: Coordinate with receiving teams to verify incoming stock against purchase orders and specifications.
- Documentation & Records: Maintain organized records of POs, invoices, vendor quotes, and delivery receipts in coordination with the Admin & Finance teams.
