Job Title: Senior Executive - Human Resources/ Sr. HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities;
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and Full & Final Settlement.
- Handle HRMS administration and maintain accurate employee database.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Labour Laws, etc.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards, and management reports.
- Manage recruitment activities from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle employee lifecycle documentation (Joining, Confirmation, Transfer, Promotion, Exit, Experience & Relieving Letters).
- Maintain attendance, leave records, employee files, and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement, grievance handling, and other HR generalist activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labour regulations.

Qualification -MBA/PGDM in HR or Graduate with relevant HR experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Payroll, Compliance, HRMS, and Advanced Excel.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and meet strict timelines.
- Navi Mumbai residents will be preferrable,:
- Experience in Hospitality, Retail, QSR, FMCG, or Manufacturing will be an added advantage.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: Between Rs. 30,000 to 40,000/-
