We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive professional with 1-2 years of experience to manage day-to-day HR operations along with administrative responsibilities. The role involves supporting recruitment, employee engagement, and ensuring smooth office operations.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Assist in onboarding and induction processes
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
- Support performance appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws
- Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration,



or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in HR & Admin roles
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Sheets
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HR software or payroll systems
