About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to potential clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Understand client requirements and propose suitable event and exhibition solutions.
- Prepare and share company profiles, proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, lead trackers, and business development updates.
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings to generate leads.
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems and sales databases.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.





Required Skills:
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Confidence in interacting with clients and conducting business meetings.
- Basic knowledge of events, exhibitions, conferences, and stall fabrication.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, customer service, or event management will be an advantage.
