Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze RFQs (Request for Quotations) from customers.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations based on customer requirements.
- Develop project layouts and proposal drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and detailed cost estimations.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams to gather technical inputs for proposals.
- Ensure proposals comply with customer specifications and technical requirements.
- Prepare and submit competitive quotations within the specified timelines.
- Support the marketing and sales team in technical discussions with clients.
- Maintain records of proposals, quotations, and project documentation.
- Assist in tender preparation and bid submissions.

Required Skills:
- Experience handling RFQs and tender documents:




- Ability to prepare Techno-Commercial Proposals:
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation and cost estimation:
- Experience in quotation preparation and pricing analysis:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for proposal layouts:
- Good understanding of industrial projects / material handling systems (preferred):
- Solid analytical, coordination, and documentation skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Preferred Skills
- Experience in conveyor systems / material handling industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
