We are in to designing & manufacturing Special Purpose Machines, Robotic systems, Machined components, Jigs & Fixtures, Automation of systems etc., located in Chinchwad / Talawade.

They will learn the following during the 12 month training period.
- Analyzing design input details and creating concepts.
- Preparing Bills of Materials and Costing Sheets.
- Developing detailed designs, including calculations for: (a) Structural member selection, (b) Gearbox & motor selection (c) Hydraulic/pneumatic components (d) Couplings, etc.
- Creating detailed 3D models using Solid Edge.
- Preparing 2D manufacturing drawings with complete processing details such as: (1) Material selection (2) Tolerances (3) Heat treatment (4) Surface treatment, etc.
- Testing the assembled machine, verifying performance, and validating parameters.
- Facilitating inspections by customers or third parties,



noting areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year

- Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
