- Your role and responsibilities:
- In this role, you will have the chance to act as the technical lead for all engineering activities in assignments. Each day, you will ensure the activities related to all engineering disciplines within the project are executed in an efficient and cost-effective manner. You will also showcase your expertise by acting as a design authority for a particular engineering discipline and completing the corresponding engineering assignments.

This role is contributing to the Process Automation business for Process Industries division based in Bangalore, India.
- You will be mainly accountable for:
- Review engineering scope for projects from RFPs, tender document and create value added solutions.




- Take responsibility of basic and detail electrical engineering for the projects pertaining to Mining, Cement, Metals & Pulp & Paper such as preparation of single line diagram, protection and metering philosophy, load list segregation, design basis.
- Undertake equipment engineering activities, such as equipment sizing calculations, specifications for electrical items, review supplier offers, review and approve supplier drawings and documents.
- Plant tray layout engineering for electrical scope based on the 2D-3D layout drawings furnished by customer/OEM. Estimation of cable lengths, trays & all other erection accessories
- Collaborates with Supply Chain Management to coordinate requests to subcontractors along with preparation of equipment specification and review of offers.
