We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in expanding our market presence across India's dynamic hospitality sector. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to build a strong foundation in B2B sales, client relationship management, and strategic market intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and qualify prospective hotel leads across all major regions of India, including metro cities, tier-2 cities, and emerging hospitality markets.
- Maintain a structured and up-to-date CRM database, accurately documenting all client interactions, follow-ups, meeting notes, and lead progression status.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term professional relationships with hotel partners, ensuring consistent engagement and a high standard of client satisfaction.
- Analyse market trends, competitor positioning, and industry benchmarks to develop well-researched, actionable recommendations for hotel owners seeking to enhance their competitiveness.




- Collaborate with internal teams to align business development initiatives with the company's broader strategic objectives.
- Prepare concise progress reports and present key insights to senior management on a regular basis.

Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Senior Secondary School. A bachelor degree is preferrable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive approach.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities for market research.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); prior exposure to CRM tools is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic environment.
- Willingness to engage with stakeholders across multiple geographies as required.
