Role Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Key Account Manager to drive enterprise B2B IT solution & software sales. The role focuses on managing strategic accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with OEM partners and internal technical teams to deliver end-to-end IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow key enterprise accounts by offering tailored IT and digital infrastructure solutions aligned with client business goals
- Drive B2B sales across solution portfolio, including:
- IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking)
- Cybersecurity (network, endpoint & firewall security)
- Audio-Visual collaboration solutions
- Enterprise IT & endpoints (laptops, workstations, devices)
- Cloud, virtualization, backup & disaster recovery
- Data center infrastructure and IT rentals & leasing
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from lead generation and requirement analysis to solution positioning, proposal submission, negotiation, and closure
- Collaborate closely with OEMs, distributors,



and internal pre-sales teams to design and deliver comprehensive solutions
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with CXOs, IT heads, procurement teams, and key stakeholders:
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts to drive revenue growth
- Achieve assigned sales targets and account growth objectives:
- Maintain strong awareness of market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies:
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and post-sales follow-ups

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT solution sales & software sales, system integrator sales, or enterprise technology sales
- Proven experience in B2B / enterprise account management:
- Robust understanding of one or more areas:
- IT infrastructure & data centers
- Networking & cybersecurity
