DESCRIPTION:
The Verification Services team ensures that Amazon is a safe and trustworthy place to shop, and an amazing place to build a successful business selling products. We support this mission through providing a secure and accurate verification platform. Verification is a critical component to protect our customers from bad actors and provide fast and secure registration and account management capabilities. We provide an end to end solution for identity verification and account lifecycle management for various Amazon businesses across globe (North America, Europe, Japan, China and more). Our customers include Mechanical Turk, Selling on Amazon, Amazon Pay, Amazon Flex etc. We continuously strive to scale our systems to serve millions of Amazon customers with high accuracy, least friction, in a highly secure manner to enable a protected and secure shopping experience for customers.

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead large cross functional programs, and focus on owing the delivery of the new product launches, compliance intiatives and new marketplace launches.



This person will be responsible for optimizing the delivery of a launch by working closely with product and engineering. This role requires an extensive co-ordination with varied set of stakeholders from Science, Operations, Compliance and Legal. The role requires someone who can manage multiple tasks/priorities, consistently meet deadlines, is a creative problem solver and a critical thinker coupled with cross-functional communication skills. In addition, we are looking for someone who has a blend of program/project management experience added with experience in tech acumen to scale our tech service offerings.
