Chance - the ‘what’

As a Production Lead, you will:
Oversee XML-first typesetting from handover of developed content through to print‑ready PDFs, eBook formats, and XML archiving.

Manage core offshore suppliers, ensuring service quality, accountability, and adherence to KPIs and SLAs.

Liaise with editors, designers, and typesetters to support interpretation of complex content, artwork placement, digital expectations, and queries.

Drive efficiency across schedules, costs, and production processes.

Triage and resolve supplier queries around content, artwork, design, XML capture, and accessibility, working with in-house P&CO; and Editorial teams.

Engage with adjacent teams such as Procurement, Design, Content Engineering, Content Data Strategy, and Digital Content Controllers.
