Job Summary:
We are looking for a Software Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing engineering team building scalable APIs and data platforms. You will own delivery, technical direction, and team growth while driving AI-first engineering practices using automation and intelligent tooling to improve how we design, build, ship, and operate software. You will balance hands-on technical leadership with people management, operational excellence, and a strong focus on quality, reliability, and talent development.

Job Requirements:
Must Have
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in an engineering management or tech lead role with direct reports
- Strong hands-on background with Go and Python in production systems
- Experience building and operating APIs
