About the Role

The role requires both field visits and office coordination, ensuring timely procurement of materials and labour resources while maintaining quality, cost efficiency, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for construction materials, interior materials, finishes, hardware, electricals, plumbing, furniture, lighting, and related products.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of reliable suppliers and manufacturers across Delhi NCR and other regions.
- Compare quotations, negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
- Prepare purchase orders (POs), rate comparisons, vendor analysis sheets, and procurement reports.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project schedules.
- Track material quality, specifications, and compliance with project requirements.

Labour Contractor Sourcing
- Identify and shortlist labour contractors for civil, finishing, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, false ceiling, fabrication, and interior execution works.




- Evaluate contractor capabilities, manpower strength, previous work quality, and commercial competitiveness.
- Coordinate with project and site teams regarding labour deployment and execution timelines.

Site Coordination & Field Work
- Visit markets, vendors, factories, warehouses, and project sites as required.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, designers, and vendors for procurement planning.
- Ensure smooth supply chain coordination between vendors and project sites.

Cost Control & Documentation
- Monitor procurement budgets and assist in cost optimization.
- Maintain records of quotations, invoices, vendor databases, and procurement documentation.
- Track pending orders, material consumption, and delivery timelines.
- Support management in procurement planning and operational improvements.
