Key Responsibilities -

Program Implementation & Monitoring
- Assess the needs, available resources, and opportunities to develop aftercare and livelihood pathways for youth transitioning out of care.
- Facilitate career awareness sessions and counselling to create individualised aftercare plans.
- Identify and enable access to career opportunities (skill training/higher education) in the local context for young adults exiting Child Care Institutions (CCIs).
- Support and supervise employment opportunities for program participants.
- Conduct regular monitoring and mentoring through follow-ups and field visits to CCIs, aftercare homes, and training institutes.
- Track and evaluate youth progress and program outcomes within the assigned cluster.
- Support CCI trustees, in-charges, and staff in aligning with CSA’s aftercare objectives and approach.
- Provide regular program updates to the Reporting Manager and Central Team.

Data Management (Quantitative & Qualitative)
- Maintain accurate records of CCIs, young adults, and aftercare interventions.




- Update and analyze program data to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Manage the “In & Out” database of young adults on the portal.
- Develop case studies, write-ups, and supporting materials (photos/videos) for internal and external communications.

Budget & Vendor Management
- Prepare, manage, and review annual and operational budgets for assigned beneficiaries.
- Ensure productive budget utilization and regular tracking.
- Identify and onboard local vendors offering cost-effective solutions for CCIs.
- Ensure timely quotation submissions and bill settlements and facilitate finance compliance.

Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate with internal teams across locations to share updates, provide support, and exchange best practices.
- Build and maintain relationships with CCI trustees, staff, and local government stakeholders (CWC, DCPO, Police, Lawyers, Social Workers, NGOs, etc.).
